Xiaomi 12 specification leaked and pricing has been leaked. Xiaomi will stage a major unveiling in China next week for its new flagship smartphone family. The ‘basic’ Xiaomi 12 model has been widely leaked and teased, and we’ve learned that it will be a smaller device than you may assume, with a 6.28″ screen allowing for a 69.9mm width.
The base model, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, is expected to cost CNY 3,699 ($580 or €512 at current exchange rates), while increasing the storage to 256GB would cost CNY 3,999 ($627, €554). CNY 4,399 ($690 or €609) will get you the top-of-the-line model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Despite the fact that the panel is just 1080p, DisplayMate has already given it an “A+” rating. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset is also expected to power the Xiaomi 12. The rest of the specs, as well as price information, are said to have leaked today in China. Let’s get started, shall we?
The Xiaomi 12 is believed to include a 50 MP primary back camera with a 1/1.28″ sensor, 1.22um pixel size (2.44um when binned), f/1.9 aperture, and optical image stabilization (OIS). A 123-degree 13 MP ultrawide and a 3x zoom snapper with OIS are also included. The phone has UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5 RAM, and it supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, as well as NSA and SA 5G. The panel features a 120 Hz refresh rate, 16,000 brightness levels, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision.
The Xiaomi 12 specification leaked, it’s 180 grams, runs MIUI 13, and has a 4,500 mAh battery with 67W wired and 30W wireless charging. Dolby Atmos is supported via stereo speakers.
While everything in this leak appears to be credible, keep in mind that it is still an unsubstantiated rumor, so don’t accept everything at face value. Xiaomi will shortly provide the official details.
